Rogers Bracy, President of the Company and manages the business personal property, commercial property and rural lands practice. He received his B.S. Degree in Economics with heavy emphasis on real estate courses from Texas A&M University in 1984. He has been involved in the property tax field since 1985 and is a specialist in rural lands, agricultural use, and wildlife management tax valuation issues prevalent in Texas. He is a registered Senior Property Tax Consultant. |

Rick Carothers, Chairman of the Board and CEO. He has over 35 years experience in property taxation including 10 years with the Nueces County Tax Assessors office and 5 years with the Nueces County Appraisal District. He is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker and is a Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant. Mr. Carothers is also Chairman and CEO of AAVTC Realty, LLC an affiliated real estate brokerage. |

G. Nathan Young, CMI is Vice President of the Company. He is a registered Senior Property Tax Consultant and manages the Industrial Properties Division. He received his B.S. Degree in Geology from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in 1983. He has been appraising oil & gas operations, plants, pipelines, mining projects and other complex industrial properties for property tax applications since 1985. Selina Boggs is a registered Property Tax Consultant and a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. She leads our residential valuation, appeals and real estate services practice and handles commercial and business personal property assignments as well. Ms. Boggs is President of AAVTC Realty, LLC an affiliated real estate brokerage. She has worked in the property tax field since 1998 and is a member of The National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. |

Jay Cisneros is a Registered Property Tax Consultant representing oil and gas, industrial, and complex properties. His most recent experience prior to joining AAVTC involved appraising oil and gas and industrial property for governmental entities tax assessments while at the Industrial Valuation firm of Pritchard & Abbott, Inc. He worked mostly in South Texas and the Gulf Coast regions of Texas and Louisiana and was personally involved in the appraisal of large and complex properties such as oil and sugar refineries, carbon black plants, and gas plants in addition to the more numerous drilling rigs, oilfield service companies, and gas field compressors. |

David W. Norman, a Registered Property Tax Consultant, is a staff professional who brings 17 years of experience in the San Antonio- Austin, Hill Country, and Central Texas Regions. While David has had extensive success in marketing and business development, he is equally skilled in research and case development, having learned from some of the very best in the industry. Uniquely utilizing his 30 years of public speaking experience, he will continue to articulate informed and compelling Appeal arguments in commercial, residential, and personal property cases in some 25 counties including the larger markets of Bexar, Travis, Dallas, Tarrant , and Harris.

Eddie Saunders is Registered Property Tax Consultant who leads the Personal Property Division which is responsible for the accounts for our clients who typically have small to light industrial businesses with inventory, machinery and equipment, corporate office locations, trucking fleets, vehicles and aircraft. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University. Before joining the company in December, 2003, He worked for the Nueces County Appraisal District. He is also a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser with more than 25 years experience performing real estate appraisals in the Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi markets. |

Alonzo Vega is a Registered Property Tax Consultant who represents clients in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. He has over 30 years experience in property taxation including 8 years with the Edinburg Independent School District and 25 years with the Hidalgo County Appraisal District the last 8 of those years as Chief Appraiser. He specializes in the valuation and appeal of residential, commercial, agricultural and business personal property. |

She has over 15 years of property tax experience with the Nueces County Tax Office and the tax collection law firm of Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP.
